How it Works

The first step will be selecting a date and time for your event, securing it with a deposit of 50%. Once we have your date locked in, we begin the menu planning process. Let us propose a menu based on your preferences or we can send countless recipe suggestions for the custom menu that you’re looking for. You can choose from a virtually unlimited selection of appetizers, salads, vegetables, starches, entrees and desserts, whether it is from our enormous recipe library or some of your own ideas. Work in pairs or teams to make fresh pasta and sauces for a great team building experience. Try your hand at classic French macarons or croissant as each student works with our chef in a modern kitchen environment similar to your own home.

Once a menu has been selected we will plan out the remaining details that will make this class your very own. Choose soft drinks (BYOB wine and beer permitted), decorations or even gifts for each guest that will ensure this to be a memorable experience for years to come. You can even choose how much of the preparation you would like to do, from light finishing prep to starting recipes from scratch, measuring or cutting each ingredient yourself with an emphasis on basic knife skills. The class will be truly customized to suit your needs. Whether you plan every detail or leave it to us, we guarantee a culinary experience tailored to you and your guests.
